The Service Industry across various verticals like Finance, Insurance and Telecom has been expanding in India at a tremendous pace in recent years. The number of players in the market, eagerness and also compulsion (driven by latent demand in hitherto unexplored rural markets) to extend areas of operations and the competition to garner more business has brought tremendous challenges for the industry as a whole. With widespread geographies to service and cover, new operational challenges were thrown up. With the idea to cater the demands of service industry Astute started its operations 5 years back and expanded its geographical spread over a period to 19 states of the country. Simultaneously it started strengthening its back end also. Directors of the group are based at various strategic locations across the country to handle and monitor the businesses.

The Promoters of the group have been in this field for more than a decade. They have varied professional backgrounds such as Chartered accountancy, Business Management, Law, Intelligence and Police services
