Astute Management Solutions and Services is the latest venture of the group. The three principle focus areas of this company are processing solutions, document management and training. Major activities undertaken are data and document processing in financial services and telecom industry. The Company is providing end to end file processing solutions to financial services institutions. It also gives various kinds of data and document processing related solutions to Telecom industry.

Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) has accredited Astute to conduct mandatory 100 hours Debt recovery agents’ training as prescribed by RBI. The Company has experienced and qualified faculty to conduct DRA training. Other modules that we offer are Fraud Management & Detection and Credit and Risk Management.

Cheque Management Solutions – Large numbers of cheques can be processed across locations be they current banking cheques or post-dated cheques We can carry out activities like collecting, sorting, presenting etc.  

CAF pickup, Processing and AV/CV – This involves end to end processing of application forms, including pick up, screening, verification, scanning, indexing, storage and AV / CV.

Records Management Solutions – Records management or information management aims to provide an extensive range of outsourcing solutions to organisations in dealing with issues concerning storage and retrieval of records / documents. The process involves pick up, verification, scanning, indexing, storage, retrieval and destruction. Our first two warehouses have come up in Chennai and Ahmedabad.

Audit –We conduct various kinds of audit activities like process audit, hind sighting, inventory audit, receipt audits, process audits, franchisee audit etc. Our team of specialized auditors manages these processes.

Trainings –Astute is an accredited institute from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance to conduct Debt recovery agents training. The program is prescribed by RBI. Besides that we also conduct other programs like Fraud management and detection, credit and risk management etc
